We do not manage every platform by default. We manage the platforms where your audience actually is and where your content can realistically compete.

How much input do I have in what gets posted?

You approve the monthly content calendar before anything is produced or posted. You can request changes, flag content that does not feel right, and set directional preferences at any time. We handle execution entirely, but you have full visibility and approval authority over everything published under your brand.

How quickly can SA Media take over our social media management?

We can have your first content calendar live within 30 days of onboarding. The first two weeks cover the strategy and brand immersion phase. By week three, we are producing content and have the calendar ready for your review. By week four, we are publishing.

Does social media management include paid advertising?

Social media management covers organic content strategy, production, scheduling, and community management. Paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a separate service. Many clients run both. Organic builds the brand and community while paid amplifies the best-performing content and drives direct conversion. We offer both and can coordinate them as an integrated programme.
