We map the workflows across your operations to identify automation opportunities ranked by time cost, error rate, and strategic value. We document every manual process that meets the criteria for automation: rule-based, repetitive, high-volume, or high-stakes. This audit becomes the prioritised roadmap for the engagement.
Solution Design
For each automation opportunity, we design the solution architecture: the trigger, the logic, the integrations required, the edge cases, and the human oversight points. We present the design before building it, with a realistic assessment of the time and cost savings it will generate, so you can make informed prioritisation decisions.
Build & Integration
We build each automation using the appropriate toolset for the complexity: n8n, Make, or Zapier for workflow automation; custom Python or Node.js scripts for data processing; LLM integrations for content or classification tasks; and API integrations for every tool in your stack. Everything is tested in a staging environment before production deployment.
Deployment, Training & Monitoring
We deploy to production with monitoring configured for every automated workflow. We train your team on managing and updating the automations, and provide documentation covering every workflow's logic, trigger conditions, and failure protocols. Does SA Media build automations with AI, or standard workflow automation?

Both. Standard workflow automation (using Make, Zapier, or n8n) handles rule-based processes with defined inputs and outputs. AI-powered automation adds a layer of intelligence for tasks that require classification, generation, summarisation, or decision-making. Most of our automation programmes combine both: standard automation for the workflow orchestration, and LLM integration for the tasks within the workflow that require language understanding or generation.
What tools and platforms does SA Media integrate with?

We integrate with the full standard business software stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Shopify, Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, Intercom, Zendesk, Typeform, Calendly, and hundreds of others via API. If the tool has an API, we can integrate it. If it does not, we build custom connectors using browser automation where necessary.
How do you ensure automated workflows do not make mistakes?

High-stakes automations (anything involving financial transactions, customer communications, or data deletion) include explicit human approval steps. Every automation has a failure notification protocol so errors are caught immediately rather than silently propagating.
